I collaborate with a diverse range of clients, from newcomers to energy work to seasoned practitioners seeking deeper insights. From the moment you enter my center, a sense of tranquility begins to envelop you—it's truly a remarkable atmosphere.
You might be curious, "What exactly is an Energy Healing?" Think of it as an Energy Carwash. Our bodies emit energy, creating an Aura around us. This Aura often holds energy that no longer serves us.
We sometimes fret about the future or cling to past events, carrying unnecessary burdens of stress and tension. These are energies you can release to lighten your spirit.
Our bodies also house 7 major Chakras, aligned like scoops of ice cream along our spine. Imbalances here can affect our well-being. If Chakras are too open, other people's energy can easily influence us; too closed, we might feel lethargic, potentially leading to health concerns.
During a session, you'll have the choice to sit comfortably or lie on a massage table, fully clothed. My eyes might be open or closed, and you might notice me yawning or sighing. It's just my way of releasing energy during your healing.
Every individual's experience with energy healing is unique. For instance, when I receive healing, my head might tingle, or I might feel varying temperatures. Even if you don't feel anything noticeable, know that positive changes are in motion.
My role involves gently moving my hands around your body to cleanse negative energies, therapeutic touch to assist in releasing what no longer serves you.
If you have specific areas needing attention—physical discomfort or emotional concerns—please share them with me, and I'll incorporate them into your session.
You may wonder, "How does this healing happen?" Intriguingly, you are the healer. I merely guide you in releasing energies hindering your highest potential, connecting with your higher self, guides, or angels.
Assisted by a Healing Guide, Angel, or Archangel, I connect to Source energy—whether you refer to it as God, the Universe, or Heaven. This allows me to facilitate your healing journey. We'll begin with a prayer or intention, ensuring a safe space for our collaboration.
Throughout the session, I'll communicate any insights or messages, helping clear blocks and sever energy cords that don't support you. Mostly in silence, the healing encourages deep release and self-focus.
Once complete, I replenish your energy with positivity and protective energy. I cherish the work I do, witnessing profound shifts in my clients within just 45 minutes is a true joy.
