Healings & Readings

  • During your session, Anita will connect with your Spirit Guides or Guardian Angels to deliver messages, clear energetic blocks, and help your physical body heal. Sessions are personalized to address your specific needs. Book an Appointment

  • Yes! Anita offers pet energy healings and animal communication. These sessions help clear energetic blocks and start the healing process for physical or emotional issues. Book an Appointment

  • The session lasts 45 minutes but be sure to allocate additional time afterward to integrate what you've learned and experienced. Book an Appointment

  • In-person sessions available in Lakewood, Co and Conifer, Co. Remote/Virtual sessions available over Zoom. Or if you prefer, the phone is available too. Book an Appointment

  • Yes! Feel free to bring a recording device for your private session. You are welcome to record your session for personal use only.

  • Due to Anita's creative projects and travel commitments, opportunities for one-on-one sessions with her are very limited. Anita Destino adheres to a strict cancellation policy. For sessions canceled with more than 72 hours' notice, a full refund will be given. For cancellations within 48 hours, an alternative time will be arranged, and for cancellations within 24 hours, a partial refund will be offered. However, considering our commitment to growth, each situation will be assessed individually.

Meditation & Classes

  • Absolutely! Our Level 1 classes, like Beginner’s Meditation, Learn to Heal with Angels, and Chakras and Aura, are perfect for those just starting their meditation journey.

  • Yes! Most of our classes are hybrid, meaning you can attend in person or online via Zoom.

  • If you’re unsure, start with a Level 1 class that you are drawn to, to build a strong foundation. Advanced levels are available as you progress in your meditation and healing journey.

  • We know life sometimes gets in the way. Please inform the instructor, and we will record the class for you. You'll receive the program's audio recordings, and if the class is via Zoom, you'll also get the video of the session.

  • Yes. Liz Konkel, who is Deaf, is one of our Senior Staff Teachers at Journey Within. Please feel free to contact Liz at liz.energywork@gmail.com TEXT 303-319-0925.

  • Simply bring a willingness to learn and commit to attending all sessions and participating in all activities. We cover a great deal of important information, so to maximize your experience during the course, it's best to minimize distractions. Inform everyone at home and work that you will be fully immersed in the program's activities and unavailable for texts and emails unless it's an emergency.

  • Yes! Visit the Registration page for the training you wish to attend. The pricing is at half of the program's regular cost of the classes you have already completed.

  • If, after the first day of the program, you feel we're not the right fit for you, please inform the instructor promptly. We offer a no-questions-asked, judgment-free refund.

  • Journey Within is in Denver, Colorado (USA) which is Mountain Standard Time (MST). Depending on the time of the year, Colorado goes into Daylight Savings Time from Spring to Fall.

Workshops & Events

  • Our workshops include guided meditations, angel healing programs, and hands-on sessions for advanced energy techniques. Check our Events page for upcoming schedules.

  • No experience is necessary for most workshops. Each event is designed to accommodate participants at various skill levels.

  • When you find the event you would like to attend, add the event to your cart and when you complete the checkout you will be emailed your receipt along with your link to the event, workshop or recording.

  • Once you sign up, you will automatically receive an email from Journey Within with a link to join the meeting at the time of the event. If you don't receive this email, please check your "Junk Mail" folder. If you still need assistance, contact us at orders@journeywithindenver.com and our team will respond.

  • Review the email receipt you received from Journey Within, which will include an order number or receipt number.

  • The center is open during scheduled classes or programs. Appointments are necessary for visits outside these times.
