Event Policies
All Anita Destino and Journey Within Corp. events are designed for an adult audience, requiring attendees to be 18 years or older. Individuals between the ages of 15-18 are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult. All sessions are designed to support personal and spiritual growth. Participants must be 18 years or older to take part. Individuals 17 years old or younger are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult.

You are responsible for the scheduled time and date of your session. Please note that our system will present Anita’s availability based on your selected time zone. Remote sessions will occur on Zoom or similar platforms, so it is important to familiarize yourself with this application if you are new to it.
You are welcome to record your session for personal use only.
If you arrive late, Anita will do his best to accommodate your time, but unfortunately, she cannot exceed the allocated session time due to scheduling constraints.
If you feel the session is not meeting your expectations, you have the right to end it. We encourage you to decide within the first 15-20 minutes, and a full refund will be offered. If no concerns are raised during the session, Anita Destino or Journey Within Corp. cannot provide a refund afterward.
Anita Destino or Journey Within Corp. adheres to a strict cancellation policy. For sessions canceled with more than 72 hours' notice, a full refund will be given. For cancellations within 48 hours, an alternative time will be arranged, and for cancellations within 24 hours, a partial refund will be offered. However, considering our commitment to growth, each situation will be assessed individually.

Refund Policy and Cancellations
For the majority of our products, we provide a 72-hour, no-questions-asked refund policy from the date of purchase. If you decide to request a refund within this 72-hour period, it will be honored. However, no refunds will be issued after this period due to the digital nature of the content. For all refund requests, please email orders@journeywithindenver.com.
Digital Goods
As digital data is non-returnable; we are unable to provide refunds for purchases of digital goods.
Please note that refunds are not available for monthly membership. If there is a different refund policy, it will be stated in your Welcome email.
In-person Programs
You have 72-hour from the purchase date to request a full refund. After this 72-hour period, refunds are not available for any online paid programs.
Online Paid Programs
You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request a refund if you find this program is not suitable for you. After this period, refunds are not available.

Physical Goods
All requests for refunds and/or cancellations will be processed within 5 business days. To request a refund, please email orders@journeywithindenver.com. We are pleased to offer refunds for any defective physical goods purchased from the Journey Within Corp. store within 72-hours of purchase.
Privacy
Anita Destino and Journey Within Corp. does not store credit card details, nor do we share customer information with any third parties. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy page.
Delivery
Digital goods will be delivered within 24 hours through electronic download or access to the goods or products. Physical goods will be shipped within 48 hours of confirming inventory availability via United States Postal Service.
Donations
Please be aware that the Journey Within Corp. is not a non-profit organization. As a result, donations or contributions made through journeywithindenver.com and anitadestino.com are not tax-deductible according to U.S. law.

To receive a full refund, please notify Journey Within Corp. of your refund request within 30 days of the donation date.
